It makes me smile and gives me the company I sometimes need in between cooking, cleaning, "yelling" and assisting with "Sign of the Beaver" post-its. While, with any luck, we will get to have coffee or lunch on Monday, until then, it is nice to "sit" at a table with someone who I find so like-minded.
While I wasn't fortunate enough to have my grandparents live long enough to play an important part in my life, I am most grateful for my parents (although I don't always thank them for it), who always make my children feel that they are the most terrific kids ever and have patience for everything they try to do . . . my kids are even more willing to "spill their guts" to my mom, than to either of us. My parents aren't fancy, but they do fun, adventurous things and they are full of love. I guess that is really what matters.
JaniceAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
